What you bring * Experience selling to small businesses or contractors; trades experience is a plus. * Confidence with cold outreach and building relationships. * Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule. * Honest, clear communication and a partnership-first mindset. * Knowledge of ECRA/ESA, TSSA, or Skilled Trades Ontario is an asset.
